INTEGRATED TRAINING

Considering training as the main purpose of 2018 as well as improving the qualification and the skills of the workforce of Saigon 3 Garment JSC and other subsidiary company. In August, Saigon 3 Garment JSC inaugurated a modern training center - cooperated with PACE Institute of Management – organized the first courses about Teamwork, Effective Assignment and Delegation skills which will help trainees fulfill useful knowledge for their work and understand more about the employees, as well as effectively assign and delegate assignments toward achieving the business goals. Trainees will feel more comfortable and ready to learn new things, there will be no more shyness.

Throughout the lesson, all the trainess make an effort to find out the solutions for their assignments, the lecturer also provide practical evidence for the trainees to understand the lesson easily, therefore take advantages of working management as well as reduce their weakness. The lecturer once said: “We ourselves can’t change the world, the only thing that need to be changed is ourselves”.
