YEAR-END BONUS: THREE TIMES THE ACTUAL SALARY

This year, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon 3 Garment Joint Stock Company has decided to give special year-end bonuses to workers. 3 months of income for all employees. The bonus is universally three months’ worth of salary for all employees, instead of differences between administrative officers and production workers in the previous years.

The bonus is considerably higher than the average level (only 1-2 months reward). Furthermore, it is three times the actual salary that workers have received every month rather than the representative figure on the contract for insurance payment.

In addition, the Board of Directors has decided to present Tet gifts to all employees, each costs VND 300,000, as well as many other attractive gifts to celebrate the Tet and Spring spirit.
