2ND NATIONAL “YOUNG SKILLED WORKERS” PROGRAM IN 2011

At the end of March 2011, the Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City voted and introduced 3 excellent individuals in various fields who had made excellent achievements and contributed innovative ideas at work. Among them, Mr. Tran Van Luong, worker of Minako 1 Factory - Sai Gon 3 Garment Joint Stock Company, was voted to participate in the 2nd National Young Skilled Workers Program - 2011.

The program took place in two days from 30 to 31 March in Hanoi, with many activities such as the "Career World" exhibition, "High quality human resources - a key factor in economic development of the country" talk show, achievement-reporting ceremony to President Ho Chi Minh, meeting with leaders of the Party and the State, and the grand event of "Young Skilled Workers" commendation for the second time.

The "Young Skilled Workers" program aims to encourage young people to actively improve their professional expertise and to build up young human resources for the industrialization and modernization of the country.

On the morning of March 31, Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan had a meeting with 80 good young workers to participate in the 2nd National Young Skilled Workers Program 2011.
