NGUYEN VAN TROI AWARD – 2014

On October 15th, the Standing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City's Youth Union awarded the 7th Nguyen Van Troi Award in 2014 for 27 young workers in the fields of industry and business. This is one of the special activities by Ho Chi Minh youth members to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Nguyen Van Troi's death and the 32th anniversary of the Young Workers' Day (October 15th). Throughout the history of Nguyen Van Troi award, the Youth Union of Sai Gon 3 Garment Company is honored to have awardees every year.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lan - worker of Minako 1 Garment Factory, Sai Gon 3 Garment Joint Stock Company - was honored to be among the 27 honored individuals this year. Ms. Lan is one of the outstanding employees of the factory and the Company, regularly receiving the "I am a LEAN fighter" awarded by the Youth Union. Thanks to her passion and enthusiasm to try her best at work, to improve the operation and labor productivity, her salary increased steadily, and as of now she receives 9 to 10 million per month. Not only a hard worker in production, Lan is also an exemplary member of the Union, a role model for other youth union members in the Company to follow.
