SAI GON 3 – MORE EFFICIENT FOR LAST DAYS OF YEAR
There is only one more month until the end of 2012. In the hustle and bustle of the year-end production, the managers and directors acknowledged and commended the hard work of all the employees in the Company.
In October and November, the competitive spirit of the whole company has been very good. Many groups and individuals have made significant strides. Specifically, Minako Factory still holds the leading position so far; Thinh Phuoc Factory has made quite clear progress; Binh Phuoc Factory still keeps a stable pace, and Hiep Phuoc Factory has made the greatest leap. In October, the total salary fund of this factory exceeded VND 2 billion. Besides, there are prominent individuals such as worker Ngo Thi Vinh, Group 3, Minako 2 Factory with over 11-million salary and many others including Le Thi Duyen, Hua The Nhu, Tran Thi Dung, Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, Ngo Thi Thuy Kieu, Nguyen Thi Sang and Cao Thi Hue having earned from 8 million to 10 million per month.
There are still a lot of challenges in the near future, as rising prices affect workers' lives severely. The escalating cost of production has hindered the Company's overall production and business performance. However, the leaders of the Company have tried their best to take good care of the workers’ socio-physical well-being, especially in the end of 2012 and the beginning of the new year 2013.
Thanks to great prestige and top quality of products, Sai Gon 3 Garment Joint Stock Company has kept a strong base of existing customers so the production is guaranteed to complete as planned. With thorough preparation, Sai Gon 3 Garment hopes to wrap up 2012 and welcome 2013 in a positive note.
